What is MAPZ?
MAPZ (Moroccan Association of Polytechnicians in Zurich) is a vibrant student association dedicated to creating a supportive community for Moroccan students and professionals at ETH Zurich. We organize events, provide mentorship, facilitate networking, and celebrate Moroccan culture.
When was MAPZ founded?
MAPZ was founded on the 50th anniversary of the Green March by a group of 8 Moroccan students who wanted to build a strong community at ETH Zurich.
What are MAPZ's core values?

Who can join MAPZ?

MAPZ welcomes:

You don't need to be from Morocco to join — if you're interested in our community, we welcome you!

Is there a membership fee?
No! MAPZ membership is completely free. We're supported by sponsorships and member contributions, so you can focus on enjoying the community without worrying about costs.
How do I join MAPZ?

Joining is easy:

Do I have to be very active to be a member?

How long is the membership valid for?
There's no time limit! Once you join, you remain a member for as long as you'd like. Whether you're a current student or many years out, you're always part of the MAPZ community.
